Beer Battered Fried Chicken Wings #ChicksWingIt #WingItWednesday | Mama Harris' KitchenDuring the month of October my good friend Mandi from Chewsy Lovers and I got together to bring you a month of wings every week. This was actually something that began last year, and was so well received we decided to bring it back again for football season. Now that October has come and gone and we’ve got quite the arsenal of wing recipes, I thought I’d come back in Mid-November with a little encore recipe to share with you. I might do this every so often, these wing recipes are hard to resist! beer battered fried chicken wings #WingItWednesday #ChicksWingIt | Mama Harris' KitchenThis week I came up with a fun little recipe. Beer battered fried chicken wings, and you dip them in Malt Vinegar! How’s that for unique? For this recipe I decided to do a quick boil for the chicken, then once they are patted dry they are dipped in the beer batter and deep fried. I used an ale beer for this recipe since it’s what I had, but I imagine you can use any kind of beer, really. And if malt vinegar isn’t your thing, these are just as delicious dipped in barbecue sauce or even on their own. beer battered fried chicken wings #WingItWednesday #ChicksWingIt | Mama Harris' KitchenBe sure to check out all of the wings Mandi and I have shared, both last year and this year.
